Welcome to Field Flow. By creating an account or using our Service you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully — they're short and written in plain English on purpose.

1. Who we are

"Field Flow", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Field Flow, the provider of the website fieldflow.store, the web app at fieldflow.team, and the native Field Flow mobile apps on iOS and Android (collectively, the "Service").

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your company to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to store, transmit, or generate unlawful content
• Attempt to breach, probe, or disrupt other tenants' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Resell the Service, create a competing product based on it, or use it as a benchmarking target for a competing product
• Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
• Misrepresent your role (e.g. add technicians who don't work for you to inflate a competitor's seat count)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Your content

You retain full ownership of the data and content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to host, back up, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you. We will not use Your Content to train AI models or share it with third parties outside the subprocessors listed in our Privacy Policy.

5. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Seats are counted at the start of each billing cycle. Additional technician seats are pro-rated. Additional locations are billed annually and are non-refundable.

The 7-day free trial auto-ends after 7 days. Your data is preserved for 30 days after the trial ends; upgrade within 30 days to resume without losing anything.

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your subscription will continue through the end of the paid period. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for partial months except as required by law.

All prices are in USD. Taxes (where applicable) are added at checkout.

6. Trials and promotions

Trials, waivers, and promotional pricing are at our discretion. Abuse (e.g. creating multiple companies to extend a trial) may result in termination and recovery of fees.

7. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced in-app when possible. We are not liable for losses caused by outages outside our reasonable control (internet outages, cloud provider failures, acts of God).

8. Termination

You can terminate anytime by deleting your account. We can terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment (after notice and a 10-day grace period), or if we discontinue the Service. If we discontinue the Service we will give 60 days' notice so you can export your data.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that it will meet all your requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIELD FLOW'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF WE'VE BEEN WARNED SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Field Flow harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
